Developing complex products – from concept to series production.

CreaCore Engineering Labs GmbH is an innovative engineering office for services in the
Product development with a focus on technical optics and medical technology. We support our
Customers in developing complex products from the initial idea to series production.
our team we are looking for an experienced senior product developer with technical vision
and spirit of innovation.

Your tasks

• Independent development and optimization of assemblies (mechanics, optomechanics,

Equipment construction)

• Conception and construction of complex assemblies and products in 3D CAD (preferably

SolidWorks)

• Creation of drawings (ideally ISO 22081), parts lists and technical

Documentation

• Selection of suitable materials and manufacturing technologies (tool-cutting, sheet metal bending parts,

conventional manufacturing, additive manufacturing)

• Support of the entire product development process – from concept to industrialization

• Detailed design of complex products with regard to manufacturability, assembly and quality

(DFM/DFA)

• Prototype construction with hands-on mentality and functional tests

• Coordination with interdisciplinary teams (optics, electronics, software) and external partners

• Preparation of technical documentation for regulated markets (e.g. medical technology)

• Support with validation, verification and risk assessment

Your profile

• Completed studies or HTL in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, medical technology,

technical physics or comparable

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the development of technical products

• Very good knowledge of CAD (preferably SolidWorks) and ideally PDM systems

• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. ISO 13 485) is an advantage

• Understanding of optical systems, complexities at the limits of feasibility (component density,

Tolerance fields) and housing technology (functional integration)

• Strong communication skills, personal responsibility and structured working style

• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
